"Sean Goldman refused to investigate my claims of sexual harassment against Dr. Hani Youssef and the school board denied my appeal. The retaliation has been severe and I am on administrative leave for no reason, but was put on leave a day after I reported intimidation of a witness. "

"I myself have experienced grave mistreatment and unabashed anti-black racism at Simi Valley Unified School District. I wrote the superintendent and email challenging him to a conversation on the way I was treated I was unlawfully terminated sexually harassed and physically harassed. I quit that job due to hostile work environment and I am still dealing with the consequences professionally 3 years later."

Law Suit Settled By Simi Valley USD for a reported 6.8 Million of the Taxpayer Taxpayer dollars. Allegation included: “Placing plaintiffs and other students in choke holds with her arms and legs; inappropriate means of physical contact; throwing away lunches of plaintiffs and other students who require assistance to eat to avoid having to feed them; picking plaintiffs and other students up and then intentionally dropping them back on the floor; hitting plaintiffs and other students and grabbing them so aggressively as to leave bruises on parts of their bodies; mimicking and mocking plaintiffs and other students with disabilities.”

Sean Goldman, SVUSD’s assistant superintendent of student support services, responded "the education code allows for a student to be physically retrained when a student’s behavior is a danger to themselves or others."
